How does OnTime work?
OnTime uses your Google Calendar profiles to get event timings and sets up alarms automatically. You can choose to select only your work calendar and your personal one too.
The default setting sets up an alarm for each meeting an hour before its scheduled time. The alarm time can be changed according to your preferences.
OnTime adjusts according to your calendar. If you have a meeting at 9 AM on Monday, the alarm will be set for 8 AM. If it’s at 11 AM on Tuesday, the alarm will be set for 10 AM.
You can choose if alarms should be set up for meetings you haven’t accepted yet.
If you create a new event in your Google Calendar, it will reflect inside OnTime after 15 minutes. The app refreshes the alarm list every 15 minutes so that means the list is updated 4 times in every hour.

1. How can I use my work profile with OnTime?
Ans: Use your work profile’s Play Store app to search for OnTime and download it. After installation, it will show up in your work profile folder and it will be able to access your work calendar.
2. Why are my alarms not ringing properly?
Ans: Try turning off battery optimization settings for OnTime. All Android phone manufacturers use different battery optimization techniques and they can interfere with your alarms ringing.

3. Do you log my data?
Ans: OnTime only logs your calendar information for 30 days and only for the purposes of bug tracking. After 30 days, we do not keep any data with us.
